Inner Relationship Focusing training provides a step by step process for cultivating compassionate presence. Being present with even the difficult circumstances, without extra effort, with your own whole and responsive presence, creates an environment where positive change is possible.

Facilitated Focusing sessions are a way to experience the gentle and supportive Focusing process. You do not need to have prior Focusing experience, to be a Focuser in a facilitated Focusing session.
